Ejehan Turker

Ejehan Turker is an Advisor with Compliance & Ethics Solutions. Prior to
joining CES, Ejehan spent over 10 years in various compliance positions
at Altria Group, Inc. Most recently she served as Manager, Compliance &
Integrity, in which she provided program management for supporting the
development of a corporate culture of ethics and legal compliance within
the framework of the US Federal Sentencing Guidelines. In this role, she
was also responsible for training development and administration,
compliance communications, program measurement and managing
processes for receiving, analyzing and reporting on allegations of non-
compliance and disclosures. She has significant experience in managing
and implementing processes for employee helplines and other reporting
mechanisms.
Additionally, Ejehan worked in Altria’s Law Department in both
Washington, DC, and New York, supporting the State and Federal
Government Affairs departments. She has extensive experience
ensuring compliance with internal policies and external laws with respect
to corporate political activities including, political contributions, charitable
donations, Political Action Committee activities, in-kind contributions, gifts
to elected officials, and state and federal lobbying laws.
Ejehan earned her B.A. in Political Science from John Carroll University in
Cleveland, Ohio, and her M.A. in International Relations from the
American University in Washington, DC. She has also completed multiple
professional training courses including investigations training and
Managing Ethics in Organizations, at Bentley College in partnership with
the Ethics and Compliance Officers Association.
